How it works?

Download our 'Kartesa App' for ordering groceries and 'Kartesa Food App' for ordering fresh food. Select the items you want from the catalog and place the order. Payments are done at the time of checkout.

No, we take all orders through our apps and have several designated pick-up locations.

We service every location twice a week and request the orders to come in atleast a day before. You can check the scheduled service days of your location here

To safeguard our team and customers against the ongoing COVID epidemic, our customers are not required to step outside their vehicle at the time of pickup. Just pull up at the parking lot and text us at 832-376-1740 and our associate will load the order in your car.

Currently we are only supporting order pick-ups from our location. This is done to safeguard our team and customers against the ongoing COVID epidemic. With every delivery driver we hire, we expose us and our customers to COVID, hence we have decided to contain our team size unless things settle down with the pandemic.

All of our fresh food is made to order and made on the day it reaches you. This is the reason why we request the orders to be placed atleast a day before.

Unfortunately, what you see in the app is what we have in stock. You can send us message through the app and we will notify you if and when that item is in stock again.
